§ 3-7-108. Provisions supplemental.

This chapter is supplementary to chapter 3 of this title, title 8, chapter 4, and title 9, chapter 6. Acts 1967, ch. 12, § 8; 1967, ch. 198, § 8; T.C.A., § 3-708. Compiler's Notes. The provisions of title 9, chapter 6, as referred to in this section, were either transferred to title 9, chapter 4, or repealed in 1984.
