§ 29-37-101. Short title.
This chapter shall be known and may be cited as the “Equal Access to Justice Act of 1984.” Acts 1984, ch. 495, § 1. Compiler's Notes. Acts 1984, ch. 495, § 7 provided that the provisions of this chapter apply only to “legal complaints or petitions for review filed after the effective date of this act” (July 1, 1984).
