§ 20-9-615. Inactive status.

The board shall establish an inactive status for persons who are not actively engaged in the practice of court reporting. Acts 2009, ch. 450, § 1. Effective Dates. Acts 2009, ch. 450, § 3. July 1, 2010; provided, that for the purpose of promulgating rules and regulations and appointment of board members, the act shall take effect June 23, 2009.
