§ 2-2-130. Transfer of registration — New registration card.

The administrator of elections, after transferring a registration, shall immediately give or mail to the voter a new registration card unless the transfer is accomplished through § 2-7-140 . If the registration is transferred as a result of § 2-7-140 , the administrator shall not provide the voter with a new registration card until after the completion of the election. References to the county “registrar-at-large” and “deputy registrar” have been changed to “administrator of elections” and “deputy”, respectively, pursuant to Acts 1997, ch. 558, §§ 21 and 22.
