§ 18-2-205. Entry and filing of bonds.
The bonds required in §§ 18-2-201 — 18-2-204 , after being acknowledged before, approved and certified by the court, shall be entered upon the minutes within thirty (30) days, and shall then be recorded in the office of the county register of deeds and transmitted to the office of the county clerk for safekeeping. Acts 2013, ch. 315, § 31 provided that the act, which amended this section, shall apply to the renewal or obtaining an official bond for any bonding after April 29, 2013. Amendments. The 2013 amendment substituted “office of the county clerk” for “comptroller of the treasury” near the end of the section. Effective Dates. Acts 2013, ch. 315, § 31. April 29, 2013.
