§ 12-12-109. Report.
The chief procurement officer shall report to the speaker of the senate, the speaker of the house of representatives, and the governor annually by October 1, on the status of the federal Comprehensive Iran Sanctions, Accountability, and Divestment Act of 2010 (Public Law 111-195), the Iran Divestment Act of 2014, and any rules or regulations adopted thereunder. Acts 2016, ch. 817, § 1. Compiler's Notes. Acts 2016, ch. 817, § 2 provided that the secretary of state, in consultation with the attorney general and reporter, shall submit to the attorney general of the United States a written notice describing the act, which enacted this chapter, within thirty (30) days after July 1, 2016.
