§ 12-12-104. Chapter inapplicable to procurement of contract valued at $1,000 or less.

This chapter shall not apply to a procurement or contract valued at one thousand dollars ($1,000) or less. Acts 2016, ch. 817, § 1. Compiler's Notes. Acts 2016, ch. 817, § 2 provided that the secretary of state, in consultation with the attorney general and reporter, shall submit to the attorney general of the United States a written notice describing the act, which enacted this chapter, within thirty (30) days after July 1, 2016.
