§ 12-12-102. Legislative intent.
It is the intent of the general assembly to fully implement the authority granted under Section 202 of the Comprehensive Iran Sanctions, Accountability, and Divestment Act of 2010 (Public Law 111-195). Acts 2016, ch. 817, § 1. Compiler's Notes. Acts 2016, ch. 817, § 2 provided that the secretary of state, in consultation with the attorney general and reporter, shall submit to the attorney general of the United States a written notice describing the act, which enacted this chapter, within thirty (30) days after July 1, 2016.
