§ 11-11-108. Proposals for establishing trails.
The commissioner shall study and, from time to time, submit to the governor and to the general assembly proposals for additions to the state scenic trails system, as well as reports on state recreation trails that have been designated by the department, regarding rights-of-way that have been established and on the program for implementing this chapter. Each proposal shall include a short statement on the significance of the various trails to the system. Acts 1971, ch. 103, § 8; T.C.A., § 11-1608.
