§ 67-1-503. County legislative body members ineligible.

No member of the county legislative body shall be eligible to hold the office of assessor. Acts 1973, ch. 226, § 3; impl. am. Acts 1978, ch. 934, §§ 7, 36; T.C.A., § 67-302.
