§ 64-5-102. Board of directors.
The authority shall be governed by a board of directors, referred to as the “board” in this chapter. The board shall make policy, which shall be implemented by the executive director, if such position is established. Acts 1986, ch. 789, § 2; 2012, ch. 1033, § 1; T.C.A § 64-5-202 . Compiler's Notes.
