§ 64-1-1111. Relation to existing laws — Construction of part.

This part shall be considered supplemental and additional to any and all other laws and confers sufficient authority in and of itself for the purposes set forth in this part. This part shall be liberally construed to effectuate its purpose. Acts 1996, ch. 890, § 10.
