§ 63-1-146. Rules and regulations regarding sanctions for violations.

Consistent with this title, the boards of the respective branches of the healing arts are hereby authorized to promulgate rules and regulations in accordance with the Uniform Administrative Procedures Act, compiled in title 4, chapter 5, which establish sanctions for violations of this chapter by members of the professions the boards regulate. Such sanctions may include civil penalties, suspension or revocation of license. Acts 2005, ch. 467, § 5.
