§ 62-2-303. Additional evidence.

Applicants for registration in cases where the evidence originally presented in the application does not appear to the board conclusive or as warranting the issuance of a certificate may be required to present other evidence as required by the board. Acts 1979, ch. 263, § 23; T.C.A., § 62-223.
