§ 58-1-625. Drunken or reckless driving.
Any member of the national guard who operates any vehicle while drunk, or in a reckless or wanton manner is guilty of a misdemeanor. Acts 1970, ch. 596, § 69; T.C.A., § 7-325. Compiler's Notes.
