§ 49-1-216. Report on academic performance of historically underserved student groups.
The commissioner shall annually monitor and report academic performance of historically underserved student groups. Historically underserved student group performance must be included in the accountability model established under part 6 of this chapter. Acts 1997, ch. 215, § 2; 2019, ch. 248, § 8.
