§ 44-15-116. Experimental apiaries.
The state apiarist is empowered to establish or to authorize establishment of apiaries for experimental purposes associated with research on or evaluation of conditions related to any bee disease or pest. Acts 1995, ch. 402, § 17; T.C.A. § 44-15-216 .
