§ 30-2-309. Statute of limitations arrested by filing claim.
The filing of claims within the time and in the manner provided in §§ 30-2-307 and 30-2-308 shall operate to arrest any statute of limitations applicable to the claims. Acts 1939, ch. 175, § 2; C.
