§ 3-17-111. Disqualification.

Any person who is convicted of a violation of § 39-16-702 , § 39-16-703 , or title 39, chapter 17, parts 5 and 6 shall be permanently disqualified from submitting an annual event application. Acts 2004, ch. 476, § 2; 2007, ch. 18, § 13. Compiler's Notes. Acts 2004, ch. 476, § 13 provided that the provisions of the act shall not be construed to be an appropriation of funds and no funds shall be obligated or expended pursuant to the act unless such funds are specifically appropriated by the general appropriations act.
