§ 29-5-301. Short title — “Court” defined.
This part may be cited as the “Uniform Arbitration Act.” As used in this part, “court” means any court of competent jurisdiction of the state. Acts 1983, ch. 462, §§ 17, 23. Compiler's Notes.
