§ 20-9-607. Rules and regulations.
The board shall promulgate rules and regulations necessary to implement, administer and otherwise effectuate the purposes of this part. All rules and regulations shall be promulgated in accordance with the Uniform Administrative Procedures Act, compiled in title 4, chapter 5. The rules and regulations shall be published in the standards of professional practice and made available to all licensees. Acts 2009, ch. 450, § 1. Effective Dates. Acts 2009, ch. 450, § 3. July 1, 2010; provided, that for the purpose of promulgating rules and regulations and appointment of board members, the act shall take effect June 23, 2009.
