§ 2-6-312. Official forms at expense of state.

The coordinator of elections shall prepare and furnish all applications, envelopes, instructions and other official forms for use under this chapter at the expense of the state. With the approval of the coordinator of elections, a county election commission may use its own computer-generated forms. Acts 1972, ch. 740, § 1; T.C.A., §§ 2-628, 2-6-128; Acts 1994, ch. 859, § 2.
