§ 2-5-107. Inapplicability of part to certain retention elections.

This part shall not apply to a retention election in which a judge of the supreme court, the court of appeals, or the court of criminal appeals seeks election to fill the office to which the incumbent judge was appointed and confirmed. Title 17, chapter 4, part 1 shall govern such elections. Acts 2016, ch. 528, § 1. Compiler's Notes.
