§ 12-2-418. [Repealed.]
Acts 2009, ch. 244, § 1; repealed by Acts 2013, ch. 118, § 1, effective April 12, 2013. Compiler's Note. Former § 12-2-418 (Acts 2009, ch. 244, § 1) concerned mining or recovery of lead found on state property as the result of discharging a firearm. Former § 12-2-418 (Acts 1989, ch. 328, § 1; 1992, ch. 988, § 5), concerning legislative office furniture, was repealed by Acts 1993, ch. 167, § 1, effective April 13, 1993.
