§ 11-14-109. Plan for development and protection.
The commissioner shall, within two (2) years after an area has been made a part of this system, have completed a comprehensive plan of development and protection, and shall have begun the process of acquisition. Acts 1971, ch. 116, § 9; T.C.A., § 11-1709.
