§ 82-1324.47. Jurisdiction

The courts of this state are hereby vested with jurisdiction

over every person not resident, domiciled or authorized to do

business in this state who files or is required to file a statement

with the Oklahoma Water Resources Board as required by Section 6 of

this act, and over all actions involving such person arising out of

violations of this act. Copies of all such lawful process shall be

served on the Board and transmitted by certified or registered mail,

with return receipt requested, by the Board to such person at his

last-known address.
