§ 82-1085.14. Continuing study of water laws - Recommendations and

proposals.

In addition to its other powers, the Oklahoma Water Resources

Board is authorized and directed, within the limits of funds

available to it, to engage in a continuing study of the water laws

of this state, and of changes therein required in order to carry out

to the greatest practicable extent the policies, goals, objectives

and recommendations contained in the "Oklahoma Comprehensive Water

Plan" and to make recommendations and prepare proposed legislation

for such purposes. Such recommendations and proposed legislation

shall, as they are completed, be filed with the President Pro

Tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of

Representatives.
