§ 74-772. Administration of oaths to witnesses
The President of the Senate, the Speaker of the House of
Representatives, and the chairman or other committee member
presiding over a meeting of a legislative committee shall have power
to administer oaths to witnesses appearing before said committee at
said meeting.
