§ 74-284.1. Certain state agencies prohibited from implementing
lagged payroll system prior to July 1, 1991.
Any state agency which was not utilizing a lagged payroll system
on or before January 1, 1990, shall be prohibited from implementing
a lagged payroll system prior to July 1, 1991.
