§63-683.19a. County and city-county health departments - Benefits,
powers, immunities and protections.
The benefits, powers, immunities and protections afforded to
political subdivisions under the Oklahoma Emergency Management Act
of 2003 shall inure to county and city-county health departments
within this state.
