§ 63-5025. Reimbursement methodology - Established

The Oklahoma Health Care Authority may establish, with available

funds, a reimbursement methodology that will enhance the

reimbursement for services provided to Medicaid beneficiaries in

emergency hospitals in rural areas of the state.
