§ 63-477. Sanitation of charitable institutions
The county commissioners shall provide necessary supplies and
cause the charitable institutions of their county to be maintained
in a clean and sanitary condition at all times. Enforcement of this
section shall be the responsibility of the Director of the
Department of Public Welfare.
