§ 63-4209.6. Falsely reporting theft or conversion of vessel or
motor.
A person who knowingly makes a false report of the theft or
conversion of a vessel or motor to any duly authorized peace officer
of this state, upon conviction, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
