§ 63-3250.9. Waivers authorizing Medicaid supplements

The Oklahoma Health Care Authority Board shall submit an

application for any waiver necessary to authorize Medicaid

supplements to hospital districts to the extent permitted by federal

law and pursuant to the Oklahoma Community Hospitals Public Trust

Authorities Act.
