§ 62-663. Act inapplicable for acquiring certain utility plants or
distribution systems.
The provisions of this act shall not be applicable to nor used
by a municipality or county or trust for the purpose of purchasing,

condemning, or otherwise acquiring a utility plant or distribution
system owned or operated by a regulated public utility.
