§ 62-57.189. Contracts - Supervision of expenditures

The Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services

and the governing boards of the institutions of higher education are

authorized to enter into necessary contracts and exercise

supervision of the expenditure of funds authorized by Sections

57.181 through 57.191 of this title.
