§ 60-301.10. Inapplicability of Oklahoma Open Records Act and
Oklahoma Open Meeting Act.
Nothing herein shall be construed to subject a charitable
organization to the Oklahoma Open Records Act or the Oklahoma Open
Oklahoma Statutes - Title 60. Property
Meeting Act, provided however that the annual audit reports which
are in the possession of the Oklahoma Banking Department because of
having been delivered by charitable organizations pursuant to
Section 10 of this act shall be deemed a "record" as defined in the
Oklahoma Open Records Act.
