§ 59-567.15. Temporary licenses to nurses from other states Temporary critical need license for nurses
A. The Oklahoma Board of Nursing may issue temporary licenses
to nurses from other states upon proper application stating the
purpose of such licenses; provided, no temporary license may be
issued for more than ninety (90) days. Temporary licenses may be
renewed at the discretion of the Board but shall not extend over a
period longer than one (1) year.

registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and Advanced Practice
Registered Nurses under Section 1 of this act.
