§ 59-2095.25. Reporting of violations and enforcement actions
Notwithstanding or subject to state privacy law, the
Administrator of Consumer Credit is required to regularly report
violations of the Oklahoma Secure and Fair Enforcement for Mortgage
Licensing Act as well as enforcement actions and other relevant
information to the Nationwide Multistate Licensing System and
Registry subject to the provisions contained in Section 2095.22 of
this title.
