§ 59-1618.

Fees as exclusive.

Oklahoma Statutes - Title 59. Professions and Occupations

The fees promulgated by the Board of Examiners for SpeechLanguage Pathology and Audiology shall be exclusive and no

municipality shall have the right to require any person licensed

under the provisions of the Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology

Licensing Act to furnish any bond, pass any examination or pay any

license fee or occupational tax.
