§ 56-96. Rate of interest - Payment - Signatures - Recording

Bonds issued as herein provided shall bear interest at a rate

not to exceed the maximum rate provided by Section 498.1 of Title 62

of the Oklahoma Statutes, payable semiannually, and of denominations

of not less than One Hundred Dollars ($100.00), nor more than One

Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) each. The entire amount shall be

payable within twenty-five (25) years. They shall be signed by the

chairman of the board of county commissioners, and countersigned by

the county clerk. They shall be recorded by the county clerk and by

the State Auditor and Inspector, both of whom shall endorse the same

Oklahoma Statutes - Title 56. Poor Persons

on the back thereof. Facsimile signatures may be used as provided

by the Registered Public Obligations Act of Oklahoma.
