§ 44-917. Provoking speeches or gestures

ARTICLE 117. Provoking speeches or gestures.

Any person subject to the Oklahoma Uniform Code of Military

Justice who uses provoking or reproachful words or gestures towards

Oklahoma Statutes - Title 44. Militia

any other person subject to the Code shall be punished as a courtmartial may direct.
