§ 36-6818. Designation of or contract with organization to serve as
statistical agent.
Oklahoma Statutes - Title 36. Insurance
The Insurance Commissioner may designate or contract with a
qualified organization to serve as the statistical agent for the
Commissioner to analyze the information provided pursuant to
Sections 12 and 13 of this act.
