§ 36-6526. Rulemaking
The Insurance Commissioner may promulgate rules in accordance
with Article I of the Administrative Procedures Act, Sections 250.2
through 323 of Title 75 of the Oklahoma Statutes, for the
implementation and administration of the Small Employer Health
Insurance Reform Act.
