§ 36-1641.

Authority to issue rules, regulations, and orders.

Oklahoma Statutes - Title 36. Insurance

The Commissioner may issue such rules, regulations and orders as

shall be necessary to carry out the provisions of Section 1631 et

seq. of this title.
