§ 22-1366. Time period for appointment of counsel
The appointment of counsel pursuant to the provisions of the
Indigent Defense Act shall commence for indigent criminal defendants
on or subsequent to July 1, 1992 for noncapital cases and on July 1,
1991 for capital cases.
