§ 20-1705. Certification from other states or federal

A person holding a state or federal certification which is

deemed by the State Board of Examiners of Certified Courtroom

Oklahoma Statutes - Title 20. Courts

Interpreters to be equivalent to that of an Oklahoma certified

courtroom interpreter may apply to be enrolled without examination

as an Oklahoma certified courtroom interpreter upon payment of fees

established by the Board, and satisfying the Board that such

person's credentials are in proper order.
