§ 20-1315.5. Joint development projects with computer software

vendors.

The Supreme Court shall not enter into any joint development

project with a vendor of computer software that requires county

court clerk offices to use software that is not available to the

Oklahoma Statutes - Title 20. Courts

general public, other than software that is essential for operation

of the court’s case management application and related components.
