§ 19-866.32. Violations and penalties

A violation of this act or of any order or regulation adopted

under authority of this act shall be deemed a misdemeanor and shall

be punishable by fine or by imprisonment or both, as now provided by

Oklahoma Statutes - Title 19. Counties and County Officers

law for misdemeanors, and jurisdiction is hereby conferred upon any

municipal, criminal, or police court in the municipality over

offenses occurring within the municipality, which jurisdiction shall

be concurrent with that of any other court having jurisdiction

thereof.
