§ 18-1047.

Formalities Required of Stock Subscriptions.

FORMALITIES REQUIRED OF STOCK SUBSCRIPTIONS

A subscription for stock of a corporation, whether made before

or after the formation of a corporation, shall not be enforceable

against a subscriber, unless in writing and signed by the subscriber

or by his agent.
